Mark has helped me tremendously with his Coaching for a number of years now. As a CEO and Senior Management Consultant, I was starting a new direction in the Voluntary Sector. This required a new approach to managing people. I sought help from Mark Drane.

 

My criteria for selecting a Coach included:

One of the learning curves was managing delicate issues impacting on 3rd party feelings and stumbling blocks. Mark taught me better listening, conversational and observational skills. Although intellectually I understood Coaching, Mark brought this to life at a practical level. His questioning and listening skills provided a new dynamic for me - as a result I not only experienced calmness and better clarity, but I also learned a great deal about myself and how to compassionately impact with others who come from differing standpoints.
