Although intellectually I understood Coaching, Mark brought this to life at a practical level. His questioning and listening skills provided a new dynamic for me - as a result I not only experienced calmness and better clarity, but I also learned a great deal about myself and how to compassionately impact with others who come from differing standpoints.
